Spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone. She explained everything about hiring the gown. It was promptly dispatched and they paid for its return. Excellent service

I booked the cap and gown for my son's graduation. He is in a wheelchair so I was worried it wouldn't fit properly. I got a lovely staff member who made sure he got one to fit just right and he too looked dapper on his special day. So thank you!

The booking process was quick and easy, and my questions via email were answered promptly and well. On the day, getting the robe was quick (which I was grateful for because I was wary of the time) and they put it on for you so you didn't have to figure anything out. I was lucky to be given a clothes pin to hold the robe in place because it turned out that not everybody got a pin. So be sure to ask for one. Very good service.
