Use the form above to select your institution, event, and degree, and click continue to finalise the booking process. Generally, booking opens approx. 2 months before the ceremony date, and closes 7 days before the graduation. Make sure to double check specific deadlines in the information you have received from your institution.
You will receive an email after placing your order, and an SMS message in the days preceding your graduation date, confirming your order number. You can also view your account number by logging into your account on our website. Please keep this order number safe as you will need this to collect your graduation hat and gown.
Your institution will provide details of the location where you need to collect your outfit on the day of your graduation. Generally, you will be able to collect your robe from two hours before your ceremony.
Keep in mind that you will need your order confirmation number to collect your gown.
Simply return your graduation outfit onsite on graduation day or, if you have arranged an extended hire, return your gown in the provided garment bag on the designated return date. No need to deep clean the gown, as we take care of professional cleaning after each rental.
